Crisis Response

What if we had a local disaster like New Orleans had with Hurricane Katrina? Hurricanes are not likely to hit us, but, fires, tornadoes, an earthquake or even a major snow storm could create the need for a coordinated community response. United Way has been working with other organizations to prepare for such a problem. In the event of a disaster, UWCNM would work with other organizations to get services to people in need.
