Education and Leadership Development
Provides members with a variety of educational and leadership development programs, including access to community leaders and advocates for community issues via events, seminars and leadership training. Quarterly visits to local agencies in our community offer insight and better understanding of critical issues facing the community.

Networking
Opportunities for Young Leaders Society members to connect, contribute, and be recognized for their commitment to the Community. Events include family friendly, social, and business networking opportunities.

Membership
Works to increase the number of Young Leaders Society members at companies throughout central New Mexico.

Service & Initiative
In collaboration with a variety of human service agencies members share their time, talent, and resources to help the most volunerable. Volunteer opportunities occur year round. Planned to accommodate busy schedules, projects give members experience and direct exposure to community issues.
