The Young Leaders Society strives to inspire, educate and empower young leaders in central New Mexico to share their time, talent and resources to effect lasting change in their community. YLS members are a network of passionate, community minded young professionals who want to connect with like-minded men and women, serve their community, and become leaders among their peers in philanthropic giving.

Members of the Young Leaders Society are individuals or couples age 42 and under who contribute a combined household gift of $500 or more to the United Way. Young Leaders enjoy a full roster of educational, social, and service events designed specifically to help them understand and connect to the community.
